Growing up I was always a skinny  girl. I only loved doing cardio , never had I  touched weights in my life. I studied in child psychology only because I loved helping people and ended up not liking it. Got married had two beautiful girls. At the age of 33 I owned a fast food restaurant  with my father for 9 years , it was something different but still wasn’t quite what i was looking for .. I knew this wasn’t what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. My brother Nico known as Big daddy fitness was in this industry for a long time,  he was my Inspiration , I loved the passion that he had for fitness .. At the age of 39 I asked my brother to train me , I wanted to be fit.. and my journey began , my brother trained me for a full 2 years, 5 days a week guided me and supervised me and changed my life completely , he and my family truly believed in me and that meant a lot , since then I have done 4 competitions and succeeded .. I was so proud of myself it was such an accomplishment to balance children, work  ,gym and home but I did it all... This sport has changed my life and made me who I am today.. I learned to have a healthy balanced lifestyle to take  good care of my body ,my well being and myself...And that’s how I want to change people’s lives , I went to get my certification from can fit pro just because I wanted more knowledge... I joined my brothers Big Daddy Fitness Team and found my inner happiness , my philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing  the well-being of my clients by empowering them with knowledge skills and support guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life . My strong points are weight loss , circuits , strength training and building muscle ... I’m very meticulous with my clients .I make sure they get the results they want and need to reach their goals . I’m very observant. I make sure they have proper form not to hurt themselves, and if a client has an injury, I make sure to work around it or do exercises to strengthen their injury .. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals I see life as an adventure filled with continual improvement..

  • Customized Meal Plan for 4 weeks
