My name is Harry Tseflikas and I am a certified personal trainer. I first fell inlove with bodybuilding & fitness at the age of 12 when I first picked up a pair of dumbbells. Winning a junior bodybuilding competition, investing all of my time and energy into this lifestyle, and admiring how we can sculpt our bodies, inspired me to help other individuals reach their fitness goals, which led me to pursue personal training. I have always felt obligated to pay forward the knowledge I have been taught & my experiences with you in hopes it’ll save you the hassle and frustration of wasted time in the gym with no results.
Motivating people to lead the life they want and look the way they want. That's my passion. Encouraging people to be their best self is something I take great pride in. A coach should be somebody who mentors you, motivates you, inspires you, pushes you, somebody who wants to see you succeed. I feel that no matter how successful you are, what you build, what you make, etc, you are nothing if you don't help people and make the world a better place by putting a smile on someone's face. You don't need approval from anyone to pursue your goals. It is through aggressive hard work, dedication and persistence in which you will always see a successful outcome, either found within the journey or in the end result. You guys have so much power and I just want so bad to try and get it out of you so you can see and experience some of the amazing things life has to offer. Any frustrations I have are coming from a place of more belief in you than you have...because I know what people are capable...I know what you are capable of. Sessions Include the following:

  • 1 on 1 personal training session for 1 hour
  • 1 body assessment

Meal Plan Includes the following:

  • Customized Meal Plan for 4 weeks
  • 1 Body Assessment
  • Adjustments if needed
