My love for fitness and bodybuilding began at the young age of 15.  From the very first time I picked up a dumbbell I knew I wanted to pursue a journey in fitness. It became a passion.  I trained in different domains like gymnastics, soccer, kickboxing, track and field, TRX and functional training. Everything and anything that involves being active I love. 
My primary career has been in teaching (English as a second language /language arts) in the public school system on the island of Montreal for the past 26 years now.  However, a few years ago I had the pleasure of meeting Nico Big Daddy at PowerFlex Gym.  He was my guide and encouragement throughout my journey of training for a bodybuilding competition. After winning my competition, I was given the opportunity to pursue my fitness career on a more one on one level. I became a certified functional trainer and TRX specialist. I have expertise in kettle bells, strength training, stretching and flexibility, youth training, and teaching Boot Camp and TRX classes.
Being a single mom at 49 of three children 15, 13, 11 and having two jobs, it can definitely be a challenge to find time to get to the gym to train myself. But I am determined to make it happen. It is part of my daily routine. I have such intense drive and passion for fitness, for bodybuilding, body transformations, as well as stretching and flexibility.  I am ready to share my drive and passion with others who are looking to ignite this passion once again or who have it and just need that little push. So I’m here to motivate you, get ready, set your goals and let’s reach them!

Sessions Include the following:

  • 1 on 1 personal training session for 1 hour
  • 1 body assessment

Meal Plan Includes the following:

  • Customized Meal Plan for 4 weeks
  • 1 Body Assessment
