Includes the following:

• Custom made meal plan
• Supplement Protocol with all guidelines included
• Custom Workout Plan to get the perfect physique you need 
• Cardio Program 
• Weekly Posing as of 8 weeks before event 
• Bi-Weekly meeting for body evaluations and adjustments if needed
• Weekly follow ups answering any questions within 24 hours
• Workout Plan will be changed every 4 weeks
• As of 4 weeks from event, weekly body evaluations and adjustments if needed
• As of 1 week from event, daily follow ups for body evaluations, diet and training adjustments with protocols
• 2 week post show follow up for help with rebound and off season planning

Extra Charges:

Day of Event: $50 fee for backstage, entrance and daily accompaniment.

If Event is hosted outside the city of Montreal and Laval, please note there will be an additional travel charge which will be calculated based on the destination city.
